In consideration of The New School allowing  __________________________ to visit the school located at 812 Elkton Road, Newark, DE  19711, subject to the limitations and code of conduct set out in the School Meeting LawBook which by reference are incorporated into this document, the undersigned Visitor and the undersigned Parents or Legal Guardians of the Visitor, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, estates, executors, administrators, and assigns do hereby RELEASE, REMISE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS the School, its officers, teachers, staff members, agents, servants, employees, trustees, volunteers, students and/or any one or more of any thereof against any claim, demand, or cause of action whether now in existence, or hereafter arising for any loss of health, loss of property, inconvenience, delay, injury to the person of, or for the death, wrongful or otherwise, of the Visitor arising out of, resulting from, caused by, occurring during or in any way connected with the aforesaid trips, whether or not such injury, death, or damage is caused by or contributed to in whole or in any part by any action or failure to act, negligence, breach of contract, or other misconduct on the part of the School, its officers, teachers, staff members, agents, servants, employees, trustees, volunteers, students, any other visitor, any parent and/or any one or more of any thereof.
The undersigned Visitor and the undersigned Parents or Legal Guardians of the Visitor understand that the school does not undertake a duty to supervise the Visitor.
In case any provision in this contract and RELEASE shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.  The undersigned Visitor and the undersigned Parents or Legal Guardians intend this contract and RELEASE to take effect as a sealed instrument and to be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Each of the undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of this RELEASE.
